Shipping is free within the continental United States.
There is no sales tax unless shipped to a North Carolina address. If shipped to a North Carolina
address a 7% sales tax will be added.
You may order with a Visa, Mastercard, or mail a check. Your order will be shipped UPS within 5 business days.
Since blinds are manufactured for each customer they cannot be returned. Orders cannot be cancelled or
changed in any way once they are in production. Measurements are the responsibility of the customer.
Please take extra care when measuring, measure them twice, just to be sure. Sometimes windows look
identical, but often vary when actually measured.
Your warranty protects you against defective products. Call for any additional
warranty information.
All necessary hardware will be included in your shipment.
